This evening we congratulated our 2017 Roswell Lions Club Peace Poster Winners: Charlotte Wilkins – Queen of Angels and Priyi Soneji – Elkins Pointe Middle School.
Our guest speaker was Lion Diana Centofanti on Communication Technology Available for those with Hearing Issues.
By the Numbers:
- 318 pairs of eyeglasses collected since the December club meeting
- 4 vision assistance referrals since our December meeting through North Fulton Community Charities and a WWII veteran who currently resides at Roswell Nursing & Rehab Center
- $270 collected in the Shoe Fund during the December meeting.
- $475 collected and submitted to the Georgia Lions Lighthouse Foundation for Whote Cane Campaign.
- 10, 25 and 65 year Monarch Chevrons for service presented to our members.
